THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WILL BE IN PLACE DURING TIMES OF COMMUNITY SPREAD.

What We’ll Do To Ensure Your Safety During Your Office Visit

• Patients can wait in their car until their room is ready if they choose.

• We can take payments over the phone while you’re in your car.

• During times of community spread, we only allow patients and necessary caregivers in the office. All other guests are asked to wait in the car. We’re happy to have you call your guest in the car during the visit so that they may participate in your care.

• We may require everyone in the clinic to wear a mask if community spread is high.

• We’re wiping down all high-touch surfaces between patients.

• We removed all items that are normally shared such as magazines, brochures, & coffee

• We don’t allow walk-in visitors of any kind. All visitors to the clinic must have a scheduled appointment.

• We wash our hands and wash our hands and then wash our hands again!
