These are just a few. There are many more. Contact your insurance company to confirm we are in-network! If we aren’t, let us know and we’ll contact them to see if we can join their plan. If you would like to be seen and we’re out of network, your plan will indicate what your co-pay, deductible , and co-insurance may be.

We are participating with a number of insurance plans. Some of them are listed above. This is not a complete list as it changes frequently.

Insurance is complicated. Many of these insurance companies have a number of different plans. In addition, if you are insured through work, your company may self insure. In that case, they may choose to exclude certain services from coverage. Always contact your insurance company directly to confirm whether or not we are in-network with your particular plan at the time you are going to be seen. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance plan. It is the policy of most insurance plans that they do not guarantee coverage prior to you being seen. If we are in-network, we are obligated by your insurance company to collect your co-pay at the time of service. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your bill to your plan and they will determine your coverage.
