I have been a delighted patient for over six years. Last October 2018 I was devastated to hear that you had left OMG. Nobody had any information regarding your new location. Thank goodness I found you in January 2019. Your Kind attention and genuine concerns to my issues, no matter how small, is hard to find. I always feel assured, when leaving your office, that no problem cannot be solved with your knowledge and my concerted effort to follow your instructions. I am fast to recommend you to anyone who needs a doctor of your specialty because I know they will be pleased.

Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. The check in process was quick and efficient. The attendant (p. a. ?) and doctor listened carefully to my answers to their questions and validated my responses. After dealing with varying levels of pain for several months, I admit my expectations were pretty low. But the care I received exceeded those expectations on so many levels. At my visit, I had a consultation, X-ray and cortisone shot and received written directions for stretches to do twice a day. I am thrilled to be able to move again with a fraction of the pain I’ve been tolerating for months. The only hiccup in the entire process was when the printer was being persnickety (it happens!). I am looking forward to my follow up appointment in July. Thank you all for your care and professionalism. I will recommend your services to everyone I know who is experiencing foot discomfort. Bravo!

One of the BEST podiatrists out there!! He tells it EXACTLY like it is, what your options are and educates you on all the choices so you can make the best choice for YOU! Dr. Pearson understands that it's not a "one size fits all" and offers the care that you need.
I first saw him years ago when he was at OMG and he took his time and explained my plantar fasciitis, treated it and it's gone! I suffered with it for 8 years and saw several other doctors and nothing worked. He injected it, gave me exercises and some shoe advise and voila! It's been gone for 3 years and I have my life back!
Now I have an Achilles tendonitis and I appreciate his conservative approach; PT and a simple adjustment to my shoes. It's a game changer. His advise is ALWAYS spot on!!
I also took my son to see him with his birth defects on his feet/connective tissue and Dr. Pearson steered us to specific helpful insoles from a local store, NOT pricey orthotics. He is as honest as he is pleasant.
The entire staff at Cascadia is WONDERFUL!! Melissa made me laugh and it was such a positive experience.

My 16 year old attained a foot/ankle injury during peak season of soccer. Instead of going to OMG walk in care, we thankfully chose Dr. Pearson. He got us in right away (they try to leave space for emergency appointments daily) and gave such a thorough evaluation. He could not have explained the injury better to us as well as how to move forward as an athlete. He helped lighten the diagnosis by telling my son his growth plates are still open. Such a positive experience and facility. I highly recommend anyone to go see this expert when in need.

Dr. Pearson removed a painful bunion. The recovery period was exactly as described and everything went great. Make sure to ask the Dr. if you want a more in- depth medical description of the surgical treatment and recovery process.

Dr. Pearson is the best podiatrist in Eugene, hands down. His new office is beautiful, all up to date with technology. Dr. Pearson took his time to explain everything to me. I left with no questions and so excited for my new orthotics. If you are looking for someone who not only cares about your feet/overall health, but you as a person too, then Dr. Pearson is the podiatrist for you!

Dr Pearson had excellent bedside manner. He explained what was needed to help begin the healing process without making me feel stupid. He didn't lie to me when he said the shots in my foot were going to hurt but it was over before I knew it. I left there feeling like I was heard and knowing that I now have a competant Foot dr! What a relief!!!! I've tried once other dr in the area for my foot and left feeling worse. Dr Pearson is my choice for future foot and ankle issues. If you're looking for a good dr that won't run you in circles and try to just upsell you on things you don't need, come to Cascadia Foot and Ankle and ask for Dr Drew Pearson!

Dr. Pearson helped with a bad ankle that had been lingering from an earlier car accident in my teens. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dr. that really cares about his patients. You're not rushed in and out to make room for the next patient and that meant a lot to me. Also, I have to say his clinic uses and continues to upgrade with all of the latest high tech medicine and therapy available... my ankle still feels great! Five Stars!!
